Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Florida Parks Store.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products, except for issued Florida State Parks Annual Passes, can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 14 days
  • The product is in its original packaging and hasn't been individualized in any way
  • The product isn't used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund, to:

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Florida Parks Store.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded.

Replacement Annual Entrance Passes

To obtain a replacement pass from a pass originally purchased through the Florida State Parks Store (this website), please contact us at: service@flparks.org.
NOTE: If you originally purchased your pass from a park, please return to or contact the park you originally purchased the pass from to obtain a replacement pass.

Please be prepared to provide both:
• The Annual Entrance Pass Receipt (provided at time of purchase), for proof of purchase and pass expiration date.
• Payment of 25% of the original purchase price of the annual entrance pass being replaced, as well as a $6 handling fee. This is a non- taxable administrative fee based on the value of the original pass.
